PicVivid (“we”, “our”, or “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how PicVivid collects, uses, stores, and protects your information when you use our mobile application and related services available on Google Play.
If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the App.
We may collect the following types of information:
Photos, images, or videos you upload to use the App’s AI image and video generation features
Optional account information such as email address
Customer support communications
PicVivid may process facial images or face-related data only when users voluntarily upload photos to use specific AI generation features.
We explicitly state that:
Facial data is used solely to provide requested App functionality
Facial data is not used for identity recognition
Facial data is not sold, shared, or used for advertising
Facial data is not used to train AI models
Facial data is automatically deleted within 30 days or earlier if the user deletes it manually
We may automatically collect certain technical and device information, including:
Device type and operating system
App usage statistics
Crash logs and diagnostics
IP address and approximate region
Advertising identifiers (where permitted)
We use collected information to:
Provide AI image and video generation services
Improve app performance and stability

PicVivid uses self-hosted and internally developed AI models.
We do not use third-party AI providers to process your uploaded content.
Uploaded content is processed only for providing requested features and is not used to train our models.

These services may collect limited device and usage information according to their own privacy policies.
On supported iOS devices, PicVivid may request permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework before tracking data across apps or websites owned by other companies.
You can control tracking permissions in your device settings.
PicVivid may offer in-app purchases and subscription services.
Payments are processed securely through Google Play billing systems. We do not directly collect or store your payment card information.
Subscription terms, pricing, and renewal details are presented within the App before purchase.
We retain uploaded content and related data only as long as necessary to provide services.
Data retention period does not exceed 30 days
Users may delete their content at any time within the App
Deleted data is removed from our active systems within a reasonable timeframe

Upon verification, we will process deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe unless retention is required by law.
We do not sell users’ personal data.
We do not sell facial data, uploaded images, or generated content to third parties.
We may share limited information with service providers strictly necessary for operating the App, analytics, attribution, security, or legal compliance.
PicVivid is not intended for children under the age of 13 (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction).
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child has provided personal data, we will delete it promptly.
We also do not recommend the App for minors due to AI-generated content and subscription features.
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure.
However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your information may be processed and stored on servers located in different countries. By using the App, you consent to such processing where permitted by law.
